PUT /org/{orgId}/user-profile/{userId} always errors

It doesn't matter what I put in to the JSON, I cannot get this to work. I even tried copy-pasting the whole JSON for an existing User Profile and it still doesn't work.

Where am I going wrong? Or is it a bug?
