Using 3.2.2 form the Ebrosyn PPA, love flipper and have been using it since before Cinn. 3.0.7 and this issue has only shown up on 3.2.x
The Extension works almost 100% as expected, however while holding alt+ctrl and hitting a right or left arrow to switch WS, my single panel (bottom) jumps to the top (becomes a top panel, basically) for as long as I continue to hold the alt+ctrl keys. When I release just the the alt key, my panel jumps back to it's home on the bottom, but interestingly when I release just the ctrl key, it stays up top.
This happens regardless of which animation is selected, and does not happen using the default Cinnamon WS switching.
It doesn't really bother me, but it is unexpected and odd behavior. :)
BTW great extension! It scratches my Compiz itch without the need to resort to Unity. :D
