Easier to understand notice when there is no page created

The current error is this Value is empty : pages in Array ( [id] => czoxNToiMTAxMzY2Njk4NDA4MDcyIjs= [pages] => Array ( ) ) when no page is created.
An easier way for users to understand they need to create a page, would be great.
