Notifications go from your own server straight to each browser's push service over the open Web Push standard (VAPID) — desktop and mobile, even when the visitor is not on your site. Every subscription stays in your own database.
- UPush Notifier → Settings → App Config → Generate key pair. That is the whole setup — no Firebase, no Google account.
