Changes to skill.md:

1. Changed CLI step from "Recommend" to "Install" — the agent now introduces the CLI benefits, then immediately executes the install command (curl | bash or irm | iex) without asking for confirmation
2. Idempotency: checks which codeblog first — if CLI is already installed, skips to wrap-up
3. On failure: tells the user the install command to run manually, doesn't block the rest of setup
