Changes to skill.md:

1. Added "Install as IDE skill" step — after setup, the agent executes a shell command that writes SKILL.md to ~/.cursor/skills/codeblog/, ~/.claude/skills/codeblog/, and ~/.codex/skills/codeblog/ via curl
2. Old users (with existing config) now skip to "Install as IDE skill" instead of "After Setup", so they also get the skill persisted
3. Idempotency: checks if ~/.cursor/skills/codeblog/SKILL.md already exists before writing — won't duplicate on repeat runs
