DESIGN - Add Grant View + Edit Grant View

Context / Motivation
With the redesign of the Grant experience, the Add Grant and Edit Grant flows must be updated to match the new layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns. These views should feel like a natural extension of the Expanded Grant View to reduce cognitive load and user confusion.
The Add and Edit flows should maintain all existing functionality while improving clarity and consistency.

Scope
Add Grant Entry Point
Add Grant action should be accessible from the main Grant View
Opening behavior can be:
-- Modal pop-up
-- Or populated expanded panel
(designer discretion, choose the most intuitive solution)

Add Grant View
Include all grant fields from the legacy Add Grant flow
Layout fields in a clear, user-friendly structure
Visual style should closely mirror the Expanded Grant View
Include:
-- Save
-- Cancel / Close actions

Edit Grant View
Edit Grant uses the same layout and components as Add Grant
Accessible only via the Edit action in the Expanded Grant View
Pre-populated with existing grant data

Acceptance Criteria=
Add Grant and Edit Grant views are visually consistent with the Expanded Grant View
All existing fields and functionality from the old Add Grant flow are preserved
Layout prioritizes clarity and avoids congested form presentation
Save / cancel flows are clearly defined
Designs are hi-fi and developer-ready
