Hi,
The depth buffer does not appear to be working properly. As a result, both "Rendepth" and "SuperDepth3D" add-ons are not functioning correctly.
When I enable SBS (Side-by-Side) mode using either of these add-ons and then activate 3D mode on the XR glasses, the two images merge into a single screen, but the image remains flat instead of displaying a proper 3D effect. In some cases, the 3D image appears distorted or broken.
After doing some research, it seems that the depth buffer may be broken or inaccessible on the Steam Deck, which could be causing this issue.
You can also verify this by enabling Display Depth in ReShade. When enabled, the depth map is displayed incorrectly, which suggests that the depth buffer is not being captured properly.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue and whether there is a workaround or fix available?
Many thanks.
