All shaders fail to compile on DX9. Installing d3dcompiler_43.dll from ProtonTricks fixes it for most shaders but not all. The other d3dcompiler dlls (aside from 47) do not help.
Tested on F.E.A.R. Steam version, so all the included DX dependencies were installed.
