[Bug] Multiple issues on Conversations page

Identified issues on conversations page

Several issues have been observed on the Conversations page that affect usability and reliability.

1. Sidebar search button does not work when clicked

Clicking the sidebar search button does not trigger any visible response.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login and navigate to the 'Conversations' page
2. Click the sidebar search button

2. Conversations may be archived unexpectedly without a clear reason or user action

Conversations are occasionally moved to the archived state without a clear trigger, confirmation, or user action.

Steps to Reproduce

Intermittent. The issue has been observed, but the exact trigger is not yet consistently reproducible.

3. Conversation list syncing is inconsistent and resets after navigation

The conversation list in the sidebar loads partially on first visit, appears to resync temporarily after user interaction, then reverts to the incomplete state after navigating away and back.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in and navigate to the Conversations page.
2. Observe that only part of the conversation list is shown in the sidebar on initial load.
3. Start a new chat and send a message.
4. Open other conversations in the sidebar.
5. Observe that more conversations now appear in the sidebar.
6. Leave the Conversations page and then navigate back to it.
7. Observe that the sidebar resets to the original partial state from step 2, and the additional conversations disappear again.

Tested on 2025/04/24 version, some issues are found:

1. The conversation history sidebar sometimes will appear/disappear older histories (such as conversation history of yesterday)
2. Conversations are occasionally moved to the archived state without a clear trigger, confirmation, or user action. Seems this happened when agent return error and error message sent to user.

Another finding for the siderbar:

First API request to get history data have filter by channel ID

For the refresh, there is no filter of channel ID
