Group Settings in Project Properties

Currently, there are menu items in project properties for "Checkstyle settings" and "PMD settings", later probably also "Spotbugs settings". As the list is alphabetically ordered, those items are quite far wide apart. Grouping them under, e.g., "QA Settings" could enhance the user experience. By grouping, I mean a higher level menu item (like for "Java Code Style" or "Java Editor") with tool specific sub items.
