Change branch text buttons to buttons with icons

The label inside "create branch" and "change brach" button is to big to display, when debugging the toolbar gets to big..

There is no icon for these actions available, so the text is shown.

Sorry, I won't create icons myself.

a) If NB adds icons for that, then the icons will also appear here. File an issue at https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/ OR
b) Provide some icons (16x16, 24x24 as png) with a compatible license

@arthurgregorio: I am sorry, no. I won't mix the colored icons from NetBeans with the monochrome ones from octicons. That won't look good.
