problem about download GenEpi

Hi
I have a problem when I download your software.
I had an ERROR message: No matching distribution found for matplotlib>=3.1.1.

The matplotlib in my python 3.7 has updated to 3.0.3 and cannot have the newest version.
My Ubuntu version is 16.04
What can I do to download GenEpi concisely?

Hi

Maybe, you could try following commands to install Matplotlib before install GenEpi
sudo apt-get build-dep python-matplotlib
https://matplotlib.org/users/installing.html

Or, use pip to upgrade Matplotlib
pip install --upgrade matplotlib

Otherwise (not recommended), you could download the source code of GenEpi from GitHub and modify the setup.py (Line 48: 'matplotlib>=3.0.3',). Then, install GenEpi from the source code. I thought matplotlib 3.0.3 would work fine for GenEpi.

I installed GenEpi and I got this message: Successfully installed GenEpi-2.0.9.
But when I run $ GenEpi --help, I get an error message:

ImportError: cannot import name 'Memory' from 'sklearn.utils' (/home/n10398406/ML_GenEpi/lib/python3.7/site-packages/sklearn/utils/init.py)

What can I do to solve this problem?
