Can't reconnect CC2 after updating to 3.0.0

Describe the bug
I'm unable to reconnect my CC2 the device manager after updating to 3.0.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://charachorder.io/config/settings/ in Chrome
2. Click on Connect
3. Select device: CC2
4. See error: NetworkError: Failed to execute 'open' on 'SerialPort': Failed to open serial port.

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to connect device.

• CharaChorder Device: CC2
• CCOS Version: 3.0.0

Additional context
I updated CCOS to v3.0.0 and started setting up layouts.

Anything on this? I'm trying to deal with this error for many days now. Nothing seems to work. I have to unplug and plug on every layout or chord change

Anything happen on this issue? I have a similar issue with that error but can't update at all from 2.1.0 to 3.0.0 for M4G
