Frontend implementation of event application form

Tasks

• Research about the optimal way to implement the custom form feature. Currently, the Google Apps Script seems promising but we just need to have a way to always execute our script when the admin creates an application form.
• If no better or more convenient solution comes up, implement only text questions.
• Implement the frontend event application form as a list of questions.
