Lra index

Hi,

I respectively used flags -ONT and -CCS in lra index function, and found the two outputs .gli and .mms files in the scenarios of -ONT and -CCS are exactly of same size (the scenario comparison, not the two files). As the two files are not textual, I cannot open them and detailedly check. So I wonder if flags -ONT and -CCS are possibly outputting identically? Thanks.

Actually this is correct with regards to the implementation of the code -- testing converged onto the same parameters. We haven't tried new parameters for more recent pore/caller combinations though, and it's worth checking out.
