Free-text field on Wine and Vintage

Problem / Motivation

There is currently nowhere to store generic notes about a wine/vintage (such as storage temperature, decant time etc). In future, we may support customizable meta-data fields, but consider adding some sort of free-text field in the meantime.

Proposed Solution

• Add new notes field to Wine and Vintage tables on backend
• Implement editing on frontend applications
