For fusing information in the cloud the following is required
Cloud Fusion Architecture
To enable Cloud fusion a system will need to be developed that can fuse all ships in the world and store the outputted information in a Reddis(?) or similar easy access DataBase.
High Bandwith Communication
For Cloud Fusion, high bandwidth communication for Radar/Camera/Lidar will have to be implemented. This implementation will have Local (ship-comm or other) implementations as well as stringent requirements for the network speeds. This communication should therefore be on a request basis.
