Guiding recovery #395
Description
When inside an active acquisition + observation, the sequencer should try to recover guiding if it is lost. It must remember the guide goal coordinates from before the loss and recover the telescope pointing to maintain those coordinates, if a recovery is possible. This should be on a timer (try again every X seconds if inside active observation)
