Hi there,
Process class represents a labelled transition system for the bisimulation game (,you can regard it as a vending machine process).
States are the different states of current process. One state move to the next state with an action(, think about after paying the price of the drink, the state[pick a drink] moves to the state[get the drink] with the action[pay]).
The game is actually following the conceptions of bisimulation theroy. You can find some conceptions from the Wiki link( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bisimulation).
