CapFrameX PMC Reader Plugin - Doubt #380

Note: This isn't a problem for me; I might have missed something here. Perhaps it's more of a question and curiosity about this .DLL (CapFrameX.PmcReader.Plugin.dll).
If you have any images, even illustrative ones, they might clear up my doubts.
Hello, I was confused, I even tried using the .DLL you suggested but it didn't seem to work. I'm using the latest version of Windows 11, I tried disabling Windows Defender, but nothing happened, it didn't even recognize it as a threat. Actually, this .DLL seems to be an additional sensor for some information about CPU and RAM, is that correct or did I misunderstand? My English isn't fluent and I might have misunderstood; I currently use my overlay this way.
