Add example data set

CTNote needs an example data set of "raw" UDS over time for a few (10?) subjects. I think we grab the same example people from the presentations.

1. Data 1 (opioids): who, when (study day), what substance (opioid only)
2. Data 2 (opioid use pattern): who, use pattern word

We already have outcomesCTN0094, which has the opioid pattern for all 3600 participants. Thus, we only need a subset of the "all_drugs" table for the 10 example people and their opioid use.
