Missing questions if navigating away from the form

When editing a question, if the author clicks on a link such as 'Question Bank' rather than the 'Add Another Question' or 'Prepare the Quiz' buttons, the question content will be lost.

Options: change 'Add Another Question' to 'Save Question'? And/or display a warning if going away from the Form before saving. Or try autosave? Autosave has the problem of creating incomplete questions. Need to flag them as incomplete so they cannot be added to a quiz in their state (which causes CA to break.)

Alternative: save Q&A in application cookie? Then if they navigate away and return, the fields would be repopulated. No partially saved data to worry about.
