DAT is very unstable on windows

Testing on windows server 2016, DAT version https://github.com/CCALI/a2jdat/tree/8-0-2-rc and current develop yields inconsistent results on assemble. Text templates often do not assemble or will partially assemble as shown in examples below

This seems to be more common with pm2 but occurs with standalone node as well. Changing zoom does not resolve the issue.
