Standardize nomenclature of functions

The paper introducing the effective graph compares it with an "interaction graph" which CANA calls "structural graph".

Yeah, we switched from using "structural graph" to "interaction graph" when we drafted the paper.

I think probably a good idea would be to change the function name to interaction graph, create a new alias for it named structural graph, so that whoever used the "structural graph" will not have their code broken.
