Marine dataset unfiltered results for genome binning

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there are results for the marine dataset genome binning part which are not filtered by an element like circular element? If so can they be download anywhere since I want to use them for my thesis to compare them with my work since I used this dataset as benchmark :)

Hi, all you need to do is run AMBER with the commands provided at https://github.com/CAMI-challenge/second_challenge_evaluation/tree/master/binning/genome_binning/marine_dataset and not use the -r option.
