Feature Request: Ability to Set Confluence Parent Folder ID for where notes get created

I was using another Plugin to sync my Obsidian notes with Confluence called Obsidian Integration which broke a while back. It had the ability to specify a Confluence parent Page ID, and all the notes that you synced over would get created within that specific folder on Confluence.
Would be willing to do a $50 bounty for this if you find the time.
