If this is its own distro, every single NixOS install is its own distro.

No L-nux distro is an OS. L-nux distro = random packages made by hobbyists duct taped together by some imbecile or group of imbeciles with red hats (tips fedora). Your L-nux distro of choice is not a system by definition, let alone operating one. Linus Cuckvalds couldn't be bothered to write assembler, C compiler, core utilities, nothing. He even abandoned Git very early on because he is that lazy. L-nux kernel used to be steaming pile of shit, now it's vibecoded steaming pile of shit.
