External synchronization

Hi Bruce-Evans,

great project with many features!
Is there a way in the code to externally trigger/synchronize the arb, from a pin? From using an external stable TTL source - connecting to an external system.
The Arduino Duo would then give out the arb signal pattern (DAC0/1) synchronized to the external source, with wait till trigger.

I was asked about this very thing by sambartle 4 years ago. See comments at https://www.hackster.io/BruceEvans/arduino-due-arbitrary-waveform-generator-a9d180
That was with version 1. With version 2 it may be a bit more practical than it was then, but unfortunately I have no plans to make any more changes for some time, if ever.
