d2l-dialog confirm: no focus trap in Safari

We are using d2l-dialog confirm and the focus trap seems not to work in Safari; also, neither of the 2 buttons is focused;

It looks like it’s also happening in the Content topic editor in Brightspace itself when discarding changes.

Thanks for raising this. It appears there are some issues with focus within dialogs in general using Safari.
