Your CONTRIBUTING.md says PRs are the route for new partner APIs. We don't see a self-serve submit path, and issue creation is restricted here, so this is the ask: is a PR the right way for a single-endpoint shop like ours to get a rewrite tool in? If yes, we'll send one — your surf.ts pattern, requestWithPaymentRaw against our endpoint.
The endpoint's open either way; happy to walk through the 402 or send a sample rewrite. This note is a sample — it went through our own rewrite before it left.
