Update mod to 1.21.5 - cloth-config dependency needs updating

MCBrowser currently depends on cloth-config 17.x but cloth-config is now on 18.0.45.

I would think it does but I use other mods that have updated for 1.25 and are using the higher version of cloth-config. I can test it alone if you want ?

the cloth config version for 1.21.5 is 18.. and 17 dose not work
changing that in the fabricmod.json makes it launch but ingame launching the browser (/br) crashes the game

mcef seems to work fine in 1.21.5 but will see if it can be offically updated

i did replicate this myself and it seems like MCBrowser needs to be updated for it to support 1.21.5 ill see what i can do on my end, hopefully if everything works fine on MCEF on 1.21.5 then this should be simple

ok so I did a little digging and seems like Mojang made a lot of refractors to its rendering system in 1.21.5 (25w07a), breaking the rendering for MCBrowser in the process, will get to work into updating the mod, unsure if MCEF requires any updating, it shouldn't unless if it messes with rendering in any way.
