<p>On load the PubMed ID search is disabled, click on the check box to enable it.  The default PubMed ID, <samp>20093466</samp>, is  <a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=20093466"><cite>The genetic landscape of a cell</cite></a> by Costanzo M., et al.<p>

<p>Publications ar listed as: <samp><var>PMID</var> <var>Col14</var> Interactions:<var>###</var></samp> where <var>PMID</var> is the PubMed ID, <var>Col14</var> is column 14 from the <a href="http://wiki.thebiogrid.org/doku.php/biogrid_tab_version_2.0">TAB2</a> file: <q>First author surname of the publication in which the interaction has been shown, optionally followed by additional indicators, e.g. <samp>Stephenson A (2005)</samp></q>, and <var>###</var> is the number of interactions. Results with over 15000 edges will only display low throughput edges by default.</p>
