A new function is needed to ignore commas within comments.

Currently, multiple arguments on the same line are separated by commas, but if a comma appears within a comment, it is incorrectly treated as a new argument.

Example of a faulty line:

"path1", "path2" ! comment containing a comma, leading to a bug

The line is read as raw text with 2 commas => 3 elements => bug

A safeRead function should remove all the text after the exclamation mark before counting separators.
