JackerBox Implementation Checklist

This document consolidates all implementation tasks from the various planning documents into a prioritized checklist.

Core Functionality

Authentication

  • Test signup flow with email validation
  • Test login with email/password
  • Test social login (Google, Apple)
  • Test profile management (updating user info)
  • Test phone verification flow

Equipment Management

  • Test creating equipment listings
  • Test uploading images to Cloudinary
  • Test editing and deleting listings
  • Test availability calendar functionality
  • Test search and filtering of equipment

Booking & Rental

  • Test booking flow from start to finish
  • Test payment processing with Stripe
  • Test security deposit handling
  • Test rental status management
  • Test rental reviews and ratings

Notifications & Messaging

  • Test in-app notifications system
  • Test email notifications for key events
  • Test push notifications functionality
  • Test messaging between renters and owners

Integration Configurations

Cloudinary Integration

  • Update Cloudinary environment variables with correct cloud name
  • Test image upload functionality with correct credentials
  • Verify upload preset configuration in Cloudinary dashboard
  • Update all client-side component references to use correct cloud name

Stripe Integration

  • Configure webhook endpoints in Stripe Dashboard
  • Set up event listeners for payment events
