Some generated sth files are gigantic, crashing feature extraction

Something is causing sth files to be much larger the standard ~5 MB. These large files range from 8MB to >2GB. Potential temporary solution: Skip files larger than 2GB in feature extraction.

It looks like this may be caused by impossible height calculations that occur on very rainy, overcast days when there is nothing to match between images.

As per 3/25/20 meeting, specific handling of overcast/rainy days could be implemented earlier in the process to prevent incorrect height calculations.
