Issue Description
Students who are marked as graduated in Graduation Management are still appearing in interested student lists throughout CELTS.
Graduated students should no longer be included in these lists once their graduation status has been updated just like in Graduation Management page.
Expected Behavior
Students marked as graduated in Graduation Management do not appear in interested student lists.
Only non-graduated students are shown as interested students.
Updating a student to graduated removes them from the applicable interested student lists.
