Issue Description: When a user goes to Administration → Course Management, adds a new course, and submits the form, a flash message appears confirming the action. Currently, the message remains on the page until the user navigates away or refreshes.
Update the flash message so that it automatically disappears after a short period.
Expected Behavior:
After a course is successfully added, the confirmation flash message should appear briefly and then automatically fade out or disappear after a few seconds.
