Azure DevOps connector doesn't respect the tenant

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Expected behaviour:

• I can connect my logic app to the right Azure DevOps tenant/organization

Actual behaviour:

• According to this article, I should be able to go to https://aex.dev.azure.com/, switch directory, then connect my LA to Azure DevOps. But it doesn't work and always connects to my primary tenant (where my user lives, I am a guest in other tenants that I want to connect to Logic Apps). I tried multiple browsers, environments, all give the same result: I can only see the organizations in my primary tenant.

I'm unfamiliar with the connector's reference article because that page is partially generated and the conceptual info is managed either by the Azure DevOps PG or the Power Automate connectors team.
