Local instance respond 502 Bad gateway error.

Describe the Bug with repro steps

I tried to debug for Azure Logic Apps in local environment,
ref:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/create-standard-workflows-visual-studio-code

Then I select Start Debugging (F5) and get CallbackUrl.
I requested by REST client but instance responded 502 bad gateway.
