Expected behavior:

• Trigger with payload / run should trigger the logic app
  Actual behavior:
• Nothing happens

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Logic App
2. Click on workflow
3. Specific logic app won't trigger

Additional context

I created the same workflow and it works, but sometimes the workflow doesn’t get triggered, which can impact the business. I’ve seen similar issues with alerts too — even when the static metric conditions are met, the alert doesn’t always fire.
