Feature request: Add optional CancellationToken parameter to all async methods

It would be great if all async methods in the Amqp.Net Lite library accepted an optional CancellationToken.

This will really help the ReceiverLink::ReceiveAsync method. Currently, I am not able to wait indefinitely for messages in methods which depends on cancellation tokens.
