partner creation failed

Describe the bug
When I enter as an admin user, I go to partners, create a partner, I fill in the data but when I click the create button I get an alert indicating that it has not been possible to create it

To Reproduce

1. I enter as an admin user
2. I go to partners.
3. Create a partner
4. I fill in the data but when
5. I click the create button
6. I get an alert indicating that it has not been possible to create it

Expected behavior
When creating a new partner, it is created successfully, without errors

The same problem occurred previously, but the server had crashed. Please check what is happening.

@angelik0828 please, add a more specific situation. I follow the steps and works fine
