Depencies may be out of date for Python 3.11

A user discovered that a dependency (pylearn2) of one of our dependencies does not work with Python 3.11. They did not mention which of our dependencies recruits this package. 

We should confirm this error and if it does exist then we should figure this out and see if there is a way to adapt our dependencies to work with Python 3.11
