I have had requests for transcripts for courses from both english speaking students and a specific student that wants to help me start translating. I also find that I need these transcripts every once in a while!
Most simple solution here will be to add a manual transcription upload option and store the transcript in the DB. It will be as simple as a given resource might or might not have a relation to a new Transcript table.
