Footer is not placed bottom of web page for different size of screens

Footer is coming in mid of screen it should come at the bottom on all types of display

**Steps to Reproduce**
- Launch idroc home page on different display panel.
- Check footer of web page.

**Expected Behavior**

In all size of displays footer should be present at bottom of the screen.

**Actual Behavior**

footer is coming at mid of big display panels.
