Lining and pen tool SHIFT-Modulation

Being able to hold SHIFT with the lining tool to force it to only move in 0-45-90 degree steps would be really helpful. Especially in for example logos or working with text when you want to have lines be fully straight horizontally or vertically.

Same for the pen tool

I have never intended Lining tool to be precise, this could be implemented but would not be much of use as the tool uses exclusively Pill shape for straight lines. For Pen makes sense thou, I will add it to the todo list, but not a priority
