Support for Antigravity subagents for Codeman's Subagents Panel

I use Antigravity (for gemini models), and work with subagents and swarms pipelines. Would be nice to have those supported in the subagents panel (similar to claude), but it looks like it only is currently supported for claude. Not sure if its the same case for codex, but havent tested that.

You're right: the Subagents panel is Claude-only today, and Codex is in the same spot. The watcher behind it (src/subagent-watcher.ts) reads Claude Code's own transcript files, ~/.claude/projects/<project>/<session>/subagents/agent-<id>.jsonl, and nothing else, so an Antigravity or Codex session never puts anything in the panel. The Agent CLIs wiki page lists "Subagent and team windows" as Claude only, and Watching Agents Work says the same.

Supporting agy would mean Codeman reading Antigravity's own record of its subagents from disk, the way it reads Claude's. Codeman keeps every per-CLI difference as data in the CLI registry (src/config/cli-registry/stock.ts) rather than as checks on the CLI name, so this would be a per-CLI entry saying where subagent state lives, plus a parser for that format. What I don't know yet is whether agy writes anything readable per subagent. A few details from you would settle that:

• your agy --version
• whether the subagents are Antigravity's built-in feature or something your pipeline launches itself
• where their state ends up on disk (probably somewhere under ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/) and what kind of files they are (JSONL, SQLite, protobuf, ...). File names and a directory listing are enough, no contents needed.

One thing already works for Antigravity in the meantime: if your swarm fans out as separate Codeman sessions, codeman agent spawn <case> --mode antigravity (new in 1.41.0) starts each worker as its own tab, and Spawn Lineage Lines (App Settings → Appearance, on by default on desktop) draws a line from the spawning tab to every tab it started. That shows whole worker sessions rather than subagents inside one session, but it works with any CLI.
