[FEATURE] Associate halos between simulations in a collection

If we are working with a simulation collection where simulations are identical apart from some changes in e.g. feedback, it would be convenient to have a way to quickly link halos between the simulations.

For example, if someone queries about how baryon mass varies for a given halo across the simulation suite, we could return a table of baryon masses where there is a column for each simulation and a row for each halo that we are able to reliably link between datasets.

If we add the random seed to the header, we could verify entirely in-library if two simulations are related in this way. Because the data are ordered spatially we should be able to just do a row-by-row comparison and associate halos if they agree to within some tolerance.
