AQUARIUS.SDK Java Release Notes

This page highlights some changes in the SDK.

Not all changes will be listed, but you can always compare by version tags to see the full source code difference.

  • Breaking Change: As a needed step to patch a vulnerable library ( Apache Tika ) the sdk now requires Java 17+ runtime.
  • Apache Tika was upgraded to mitigate CVE-2025-66516.

  • Source code change required: Replace "ReflectedTimeSeriesPoint" with "TimeSeriesPoint"
    • The ReflectedTimeSeriesPoint request DTO class has been removed, since its parent class TimeSeriesPoint can now be used for both appends to basic or reflected time-series.
    • If your integration was appending to reflect time-series, just rename all instances of ReflectedTimeSeriesPoint to TimeSeriesPoint.
    • Code compiled against SDK 19.2.1 continues to be compatible with earlier versions of AQTS.
